DOUGH&co woodfired pizza would like to invite you to our pizza making workshop, perfect as a gift or just for fun! Our classes are run either one of the head chefs in the group or by the managing director (Christopher Sharman) who is an experienced in fine dining cuisine but loves making pizza, during your time at DOUGH&co this is what you can expect;


It usually takes 2 hours, but sometimes stretches to 2.5 hours (no pun intended!)

Hands-on experience with someone on one time to make sure all of your questions are answered!

Professional tips throughout the whole process, including how to roll out the dough in the Neapolitan way

How to make the dough, rest the dough, roll and push out the dough and how to manage the oven temperature using wood.


Create your own pizza or one of ours yourself to take away with you
